Gardeners Touch Reflections

Where Grace Meets Growth

This is a sacred space where I share devotionals, nature-inspired reflections, liturgical meditations, and encouragement rooted in the Word.
Because I believe God is always inviting us to notice…to pause…to be nourished.

The garden’s simplicity is where I find solace and peace; it is where I think, where I forgive, where I challenge myself, and where I find inspiration to make the world a more beautiful place.

Our story of faith begins and ends in a garden, and in between are the simple and ordinary things of life that are planted, nurtured, and called to new life. Here, God is rooted deep in the center of my heart. Therefore, I seek to study His Word and let it take root in my soul, apply its Truth where I am, and share it in all I say and do. My opinions are one of many but authentically mine for my life’s path.

I believe gardening is a regenerative act of hope, love, and inspiration for the body, mind, and soul. When we are grounded in God’s goodness, truth & beauty, we learn to connect to a simpler, quieter life that our soul yearns for.  The mountain moments, those sacred encounters with God, give us the strength to sustain us in the valley when life feels hard and ordinary.

So, enter through the garden gate and spend some time with me. May you find joy in your heart, peace in your soul, motivation for your journey, and inspiration to make your life and the world a more beautiful place.

FRONT PORCH FRIDAY | I Abhor Dirt!

“how I see God the Father—Abba—when I am with Him in prayer: I don’t, rather He is a shadow behind a veil; I can see His movements and rely on that “body language” to help my communication with Him, just as I do with people here on earth because I am severely-profoundly deaf and have been since at least age 3, but was forced to grow up oral without assistive devices; those I got in my 40s.”
